How far this place to twin lagoon?

Enjoyable stay

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and spacious with an older air con machine, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The breakfast was a nice buffet selection. The pool was nice and they have a range of board games at reception. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

No water machine only bottled water available to buy. The shower was always cold. Quite far from the port but tricycles were usually available outside Tag Resort opposite.

Very Good

Friendly staff, great breakfast (not many options, but good), strong wifi connection.

We did not have hot or even warm water. We mentioned the problem at the reception and it should have been fixed. Well, it wasn't. It was hot enough to take cold showers, but it was a little annoying. The toilet smelled a bit. Also, it's far from the city, so it costed us up to 100 pesos one way to go to/from the city.

Big room but wish the shower had warm water.

Good value for money and big room. Helpful male front desk staff - others had limited English. Pancakes were delicious on Christmas Day.

Cold shower - not fixed. Ac was noisy - eventually fixed.

Very Good

The place was really clean and the staff was responsive and accommodating. She was able to quickly resolve the issue that my mom and I had with our room and apologized for it as they weren't able to clearly check if the place is secure.

When we first entered, the place felt really quiet and too dark.

Nice quiet hotel complex with lovely welcoming staff. Not too far from the main centre of coron town only a trike away. Staff were able to arrange airport transfer. Has a pool. Large room.

Aircon didn’t work all that well so it was a little warm.

Nice and friendly staff They have a ceiling fan, I had to move my bed somewhat to sleep under it, but it's so much better than a noisy dry air air-conditioning unit at night. Wish more places had this old school option still available.

The shower wasn't working at first, and maintenance had to come and fill the water container Afterwards, the water pressure got better, but there was still a lot of spillage through the fosset, very old plumbing behind the walls it seems And the water never got warm, but maybe I had a one off, and the other bathrooms are good.

- The room was nice with a terrase

- Reception smiling but not helpful at all, they ordered a scooter for us, which never came and we have lost 1 hour waiting - Breakfast was horrible - The hotel is far from everything, you need a transport/scooter to go around, nothing around it

Overall it was okay but the wifi made it a pain to walk down to lobby to get wifi.

Location was not too far from Coron town.

My room was room 5 and there was too many stairs to climb. No wifi in rooms even though it said so.

Can’t fault the staff at all. Friendly and very helpful.

Hotel is very dated, was probably a nice hotel 10 years ago. Not been updated for a very long time. Pool wasn’t clean at all. Bathroom dirty. Aircon quite loud at night.

Coron Hilltop View Resort needs more maintenance

The rooms were spacious and the property positioned on a hill had a lot of potential. There’s security onsite. They hire you a van to take your to the airport upon request for low price.

1. Very poor cleanliness, we found rat feces in the bathroom windowsill and insects crawling around the room. 2. Inattentive customer service- we kindly asked if they could please clean the room due to what we found, and they shrugged it off by half listening to the complaint as well as had their staff only renew towels instead of actually cleaning the parts we mentioned. 3. Restaurant wasn’t opened during the times we were told. Poor breakfast, hardly anything provided and if bad quality. Overall, the value for money is quite bad.
